This project, professionally, has resolved many of the pedagogical doubts and concerns I had when I began my search. It is a living project with a high level of activity and intensity, in which we constantly learn thanks to the children and their families.

Early Years Education teacher, she has dedicated her entire professional career to this field — accompanying children in their first stage, from their first steps to the age of 6, based on a respectful approach, active listening and learning through play. In 2009 she founded her own project in Madrid, "El jardín de Momo", starting as a home nursery and later transforming it into a space for play and respectful accompaniment.

The school offers the freedom to explore, to try and to make mistakes. And that is where our learning grows, both personal and academic. Daily life offers enough opportunities to capture ideas, and with structure and order, turn them into lessons we call academic. It is a pleasure to watch the little ones grow and see their most personal interests develop.

Andolina is a refuge where the energy that drives us is mutual care. It is a place where learning does not remain within four walls, but where nature and practical life become our workspace; living and working in such an environment is a daily gift. We understand our work as a commitment to respectful guidance, both academically and socially. Our role is to be the support that children need, acting as guides in their processes without ever taking away the leading role that belongs to them. Here, we join forces with families so that every child feels seen and safe, strengthening a community where growing simply means learning to be oneself.
